king Tut ankh Amon

In the heart of Valley of the Kings there is the most famous tomb; a tomb of a child king who ruled for only few years but his tomb made him the highlight of history. It’s the tomb of king Tut ankh Amon, which has been discovered 1922 by Howard Carter.
In 1917 started Howard Carter his search for the tomb of king Tut he believed that he was buried in the valley but no sign to find it , he searched the whole valley until 1922 exactly November he discovered it by coincidence.
There are two stories how it was discovered, one of them tills that he needed sand and stones to cover one of the wells at the front of a tomb (it was used to get rid of thieves at the time of the pharaohs) and he got it from beside his tent then he found stairs he went down with the stairs to find the gate of King Tut's tomb with its stamps as he thought it was never touched.
